The legal/special warranty does
not cover:
Defects caused by
improper use such as lack
of lubrication (lack of oil),
addition of mixtures to
gasoline or oil, excess of
oil in crankcase, broken
shaft, loss of parts, broken or
dented parts or damage due
to careless transportation,
storage, preventive
maintenance such: as
motor and actuation device
adjustment.
Parts such as spark plugs,
lubricants, joints in general,
broken or bent crankshaft,
fuel filter, air filter and
retainers are exempt from
warranty.
Damages due to accidents,
improver use, negligence,
ignorance or noncompliance
with the instructions in the
Instructions Manual. Also,
the warranty does not apply
if there are signs of product
having been adjusted
or fixed by people not
authorized by Metalúrgica
Trapp Ltda., if the product
has been exposed to
humidity, weather, saline air,
etc., or if parts have naturally
worn.

Always use original
parts and look for Trapp
Authorized Technical
Assistance.
For your convenience,
always keep the
Instructions Manual and
the Invoice at hand.
