The TrickleStar PROSeries Surge Protector is a premium quality device designed to safeguard electronic equipment from power surges, spikes, and EMI/RFI noise. It features advanced FIREPROOF surge protection technology, ensuring enhanced safety and reliability for home and office electronics.

Function Description:

The primary function of this device is to provide comprehensive surge protection for connected electronics. It incorporates state-of-the-art Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) components encased in a ceramic casing, which are capable of suppressing more energy and dissipating heat faster than traditional surge protectors. This fireproof casing prevents fire during abnormal surge conditions. $500,000 10-Year Connected Equipment Warranty: TrickleStar offers a substantial warranty for connected devices that are damaged by a transient voltage surge/spike or lightning strike while properly connected through the product. This warranty covers repair or replacement of damaged devices up to the fair market value or original purchase price, whichever is less, up to a maximum of $500,000 for model TS1268.
Warranty Claim Process: To file a claim, users must visit the TrickleStar support center online, print a claim form, and email it to warranty@tricklestar.com, or call customer service. Required information includes the product part number, a list of connected and damaged devices, the date of occurrence, purchase location and date, and a copy of the original receipt.
Inspection Rights: TrickleStar reserves the right to inspect the damaged product, devices, and the site of the damage. Shipping costs for inspection are borne by the purchaser.
Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty becomes null and void if the product is not provided for inspection, not installed according to requirements, altered or tampered with, if damage did not result from an occurrence, if repairs are covered by another warranty, if devices were not used under normal operating conditions, if the product is not plugged directly into a power source, if "daisy-chained" with other power strips, if a three-to-two-prong adapter is used, if not used indoors, or if damage is due to electrical brownout or blackout.
Disposal: Users are advised not to dispose of the product in domestic household waste. For returns, contact the manufacturer's website or local sales office/distributor.
