Follow traffic laws, avoid riding under influence, consult doctor if needed, don't ride recklessly, and understand accessory responsibility.
Use safety lights, exercise caution, ride slower, brake earlier, and be aware of slippery surfaces like markings and train tracks.
Use for on-road only, avoid obstacles, cross tracks at 90 degrees. For night riding, use lights, wear reflective clothing, and ride familiar roads.
Gear down for climbs, use high gears for descents. Brake before cornering, lean body, and avoid sharp turns or sudden braking.
Activate parking lock, load/unload one passenger at a time, do not stand on footrest, secure hood and blanket properly.
Unlock lever, adjust seat height for rider comfort and control. Ensure minimum insertion marks are not visible.
Loosen stem bolt, rotate handlebar to desired angle, re-tighten, and check cable orientation.
Features a Promovec pedal-assist system. Activate via key, use ON/OFF button, select assist level 1-5, and pedal for movement.
Use rear shifter on right handlebar. Lower gears for climbing/slower riding, higher for speed. Use index finger to shift up, thumb down.
To lock: press left brake lever IN, rotate small lever left. To unlock: press left brake lever IN, rotate small lever right.
Remove for easy passenger entry. Passengers rest feet on sides or full surface. Do not stand on the front footrest.
Fasten latch across body, insert into buckle (listen for click). Tug to secure. Release by pressing orange button on buckle.
Turn adjustable latch to lengthen webbing. Pull top webbing to shorten. Connect left belt to right buckle for single passenger.
Attach lower corner elastic straps to nuts below mudguards. Attach upper corner straps to nuts near front rail supports.
Unfold/fold hood by loosening/tightening screw handles on rails, zipping corners, and fastening Velcro strips.
First check after 3 months. Recommend annual service by trained mechanic. Specific checks: brakes, gears, battery, spokes, bearings.
Maintain correct tire pressure (4.5 Bar / 65 PSI) for control, handling, and tire longevity.
Charge batteries every 4 weeks, even when parked. Refer to Promovec manual for complete instructions.
Check spoke tension and tighten after 100 km, and repeat monthly or every 1000 km.
Ensure reflectors are visible, fittings secure, and rider/passenger items are not loose.
Verify bearings are lubricated, run freely, and have no excess movement, grinding, or rattling.
Confirm front/rear brakes work properly, cables are lubricated and adjusted, and levers are secure.
Ensure the chain is oiled, clean, and runs smoothly.
Pedals and crank arms must be securely tightened to the axle and not bent.
Verify the frame is not bent or broken, and quick-release clamps are locked.
Ensure handlebar/post are adjusted and tightened correctly for proper steering, and the binder bolt is secure.
Check wheels are attached, tires are inflated to recommended pressure, and have adequate tread with no bulges or wear.
