Cause

- Mechanical, electrical and/or software fault

Coupler is in perfect condition

-Replace actuator

Coupler is loose or broken

-If coupler is loose, use HEX key to tighten.

-If coupler is broken, call Tech Support @ 1-888-465-4634 to

get replacement.
