What to do if my Triton Saw has no function when the ON/OFF Switch is operated?
    • K
      Karen SheltonJul 27, 2025
If your Triton Saw isn't turning on when you use the ON/OFF switch, first check that it's getting power. If there's a power overload, press the Circuit Breaker Reset Button (19) and try the switch again. If it still doesn't work, the ON/OFF Switch might be defective and needs replacing at an authorised Triton service centre.

Why are the cutting profiles inconsistent with measurements on my Triton Saw?
    • J
      Jessica SmithAug 4, 2025
If you find that your cutting profiles are inconsistent with measurements on your Triton Saw, it could be that the Supporting Protractor Gauge (48) or Rip Fence (58) aren't fastened tightly enough. Make sure to refasten them securely, ensuring they don't move when you apply pressure. Another cause could be that the Saw Blade (8) is not calibrated. If so, calibrate the Saw Blade using the method described under ‘Blade calibration’. Also, the sacrificial wood on the Protractor Gauge (48) might not be providing enough support, in which case you should replace the sacrificial wood piece.

Why is the bevel angle setting loose on my Triton Saw?
    • T
      troy22Aug 11, 2025
If the bevel angle setting on your Triton Saw feels loose, it's likely that the Bevel Angle Locking Lever (4) isn't properly engaged. Make sure to lock the Bevel Angle Locking Lever.

How to fix a stiff Blade Height Winder on a Triton Saw?
    • S
      Sydney BurnsAug 18, 2025
If you're finding it hard to wind the Saw Blade (8) up or down on your Triton Saw and the Winder feels stiff, the Blade Height Lock (3) might be engaged. Disengage the Blade Height Lock, then wind the Blade Height Winder (1). Remember to re-engage the lock once you've reached the desired blade height.
