Grease the handlebar and slide on the rotor sleeve

Fit the wire nipple to the rotor sleeve.

Head. Assemble top and bottom halves to the handlebar and rotor sleeve. Enter
the clamp screws and position the cable guide tube into the recessed portion of the
twistgrip halves; fully tighten the two clamp screws.
