Loose or incorrectly installed wheel

Damaged/incorrect wheels
Make sure ABS modulator/ECM
connector is secure.
Proceed to pinpoint test 1:
Measure the air gap of the front wheel speed
sensor between the sensor and the pulser ring:
- Air gap between 0.37 mm and
1.23 mm
Rectify the fault and
proceed to test 5
Check the pulser ring for damage or
contamination by road grime or ferrous metal
filings
Clean or replace the
ABS pulser ring,
procced to test 5
Check the wheel speed sensors for correct
installation, and the fixings for correct torque
Rectify the fault,
proceed to test 5
Check the motorcycle wheel for
damage/incorrect size.
Rectify the fault,
proceed to test 5
Clear fault code and test ABS to verify fault
cleared.
Action complete -
quit test
