The high-pressure hose must slope continuously downwards from
the gas pressure regulator to the cylinder valve (Fig� 1)�
The high-pressure hose must be free of stress, must not be bent
and must not come into contact with any sharp edges�

If a gas filter is being installed too, ensure there is enough space
and good accessibility for changing the filter pad�
4.3 Replacing the gas pressure regulator
If an older type of gas pressure regulator is replaced with a newer
type of gas pressure regulator, the existing gas pipe cannot be con-
nected directly if the installation position is the same�
To make replacement easier, optional adapters and spacer plates
(Fig� 2-1) are available for all current gas pressure regulators� For
example, an older type of DuoControlCS (Fig� 2-2) and a current
DuoControlCS with an adapter piece (Fig� 2-3) are shown�
