Assemble the chair base by attaching the wheels and the gas lift cylinder.
Secure the seat mechanism to the underside of the chair seat using screws.
Fasten the left and right armrests to the sides of the chair seat.
Mount the assembled chair seat and back onto the wheeled base assembly.
