FILTER SERVICE REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS
NOTE: The oil and fi lter service requirements must be followed to maintain
hydraulic parts warranty. See Hydraulic Oil Specifi cation section
for recommended oil usage.
There are two hydraulic fi lters in the hydraulic system. A return fi lter and a reservoir vent
fi lter. Only recommended fi lters should be used so that the hydraulic components warranty
is maintained. Keeping accurate service records is required for warranty purposes.
Recommended Return Filter Service (Screw-On Filter, P/N 5010080)
The return fi lter has a restriction indicator on it that should be checked daily. The hydraulic
oil temperature should be above 100°F before checking restriction indicator. The Gutter
brooms should be running when checking the restriction indicator gauge. The fi lter needs to
be changed before the restriction indicator needle reaches the red region of the gauge.

key or disconnect negative battery cable.
