Приготовление йогурта осуществляется при
температуре около 42°C ± 3°C.
3. После установки температуры нажмите
«Старт/отмена». Нажатием кнопок «+/–» можно
задать время работы устройства. Время можно
выбрать в диапазоне от 8 до 48 часов. После
установки времени нажмите кнопку «Старт/
отмена». Загорится индикатор времени и
устройство начнет работу. Если вы хотите
прервать работу устройства, удерживайте
кнопку «Старт/отмена» более длительное
время.

Рекомендуется хранить в закрытом сухом

перевозки не применяются. При перевозке
прибора используйте оригинальную заводскую
упаковку. При перевозке следует избегать

сред.

Usage Features

The yogurt maker is designed for straightforward operation. Preparation:

  1. Disinfection: The jars and their covers should be washed with warm water. Boiling for disinfection should not exceed 1 minute. The top cover and the main product should not be washed with boiled water.
  2. Mixing Ingredients: Users can choose from several options for mixing ingredients in the jars:
    • 1 L refrigerated fresh milk + 1 sachet of ferment powder or 5% refrigerated pure yogurt.
    • 1 L sterile sealed pure milk + 1 sachet of ferment powder or 5% refrigerated pure yogurt.
    • 1 L milk made from milk powder + 1 sachet of ferment powder or 5% refrigerated pure yogurt.
    • Boiled soya-bean milk + ferment. The amount of ferment or refrigerated pure yogurt can be adjusted proportionally to the amount of milk. Cautions during mixing: Ensure ingredients are not expired or degenerated. For milk made from powder, the recommended proportion is 400 ml of milk powder to 1100 ml of water. Boiled soya-bean milk or milk made from milk powder should not be added for fermentation until their temperature is below 40°C.
  3. Fermentation: After mixing, cover the jars with their lids and place them into the ferment pot. Cover the ferment pot with the top cover. Plug in the device and turn on the power switch. The fermentation time, typically 6-8 hours, is manually controlled. Longer fermentation times result in higher acidity. The fermentation time can be influenced by ambient temperature and the temperature of the raw materials, potentially requiring more time in cooler environments or with refrigerated milk, but should not exceed 14 hours.
    • Without warm water in the ferment pot: Place mixed raw materials in the yogurt maker, cover with the top cover, and set the ferment time to 8-12 hours. Adding some warm water to the ferment pot can shorten fermentation time and improve heat transmission for a smoother yogurt.
    • With warm water in the ferment pot: Place jars with mixed raw materials into the ferment pot, pour boiled water around them, cover with the top cover, and set the ferment time to 8-12 hours.
  4. Keeping Freshness: Freshly fermented yogurt is edible but may not be at its peak deliciousness. For those who prefer refrigerated food, the yogurt can be enjoyed immediately after flavoring. Otherwise, the containers with fermented yogurt should be placed directly into a refrigerator. The refrigeration time should not exceed 7 days, and it is recommended to consume the yogurt within 3 days for optimal lactobacillus activity.
  5. Flavoring: Yogurt can be flavored with fruit juice, fructose, honey, or other preferred ingredients.

Notes on Yogurt Quality:

  • If a large amount of gas and a foul odor are produced after fermentation, it indicates contamination of water or milk powder, and the yogurt should not be consumed. Good fermentation results in a pudding-like consistency with a yellow gloss and a sour taste.
  • Longer fermentation times may produce more derived liquid (yellowish liquid) and result in a sourer taste, which is normal. This liquid is rich in nutrients like lactic acid and vitamin B and can be consumed separately or mixed with the yogurt.
  • For children, milk powder or fresh milk is recommended. For individuals managing weight, low-fat or skimmed milk powder or fresh milk is advisable. Adding fructose can accelerate fermentation, but flavored milk is not recommended.
  • If diarrhea or stomach discomfort occurs after consuming yogurt, reduce the amount to 100 ml per serving initially, gradually increasing to 200-300 ml.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning:

  • Always unplug the appliance from the mains supply before cleaning.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners on the outside of the appliance, as this may cause scratching or damage.
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
  • The jars and jar covers should be washed with warm water. The top cover and the main product should not be washed with boiled water.
