PRIOR TO USE
• Fully charge the battery before using scale for the
first time.
• Let the scale warm up for 15 minutes before use.
WARNING! Never drop items onto the platform.
The scale is a sensitive precision instrument.
WARNING! Do not exceed the scale capacity
and overload the scale.
WARNING! Do not stack items on the scale
platform when the scale is not in use.
TURNING THE SCALE ON/OFF
ON/OFF key is located in the lower right hand corner of
the display.
CAUTION! Never power the scale on with weight
on the platform.
1. To turn the scale on, press the ON/OFF key .
The scale will show the version and enter a self-test
mode. After completing the self-test, the scale will
enter the weighing application mode.
2. To turn the scale off, press the ON/OFF key
.
CHANGE UNIT OF MEASURE
Press the UNIT key until the desired weighing unit
appears – lb, oz or kg.
CALIBRATION
The scale is pre-calibrated during production. You
must use a precision test weight to properly calibrate
the scale. The test weight CANNOT exceed the scale's
capacity.
NOTE: Calibration can be done in English (lb.)
and Metric system weight (kg) at the scale's full
capacity.

SINGLE POINT CALIBRATION (SPAN)
Single point calibration uses two calibration points, zero
and full weight capacity of the scale.
1. Turn on the scale.
2. Press the PCS/SET key
during the self-test.
3. Display will be show pn.
4. Press the G/N key , then the UNIT/ESC key
and then the TARE key . Display will show .
5. Press the TARE key until display shows p 2 mod.
6. Press the ZERO key
to confirm. Press the
TARE key
until display shows s i g r.
7. Press the ZERO key to confirm. Press the
TARE key
to select cal.
8. Press the ZERO key to confirm.
9. Press the ZERO key
to enter calibration, display
will show unld.
10. Remove all the weight from the platform.
11. When indicator is stable, press the ZERO key
to confirm.
12. Display will show the last calibration weight. Change
the calibration weight value to the full capacity of
the scale. Press the G/N key
and the
ACCT/TTL/Print key
to change the active digits
and press the TARE key
to change the value.
13. When the calibration value is correct, press the ZERO
key
to confirm.
14. Display will show load.
15. Place the calibration weight on the platform.
16. When indicator is stable, press the ZERO key
key
to confirm.
17. Display will return to weighing mode.
