ALARM CAUSE REMEDY LIGHT COVERS FLASHING
MEMORY ERROR
LOADED DEFAULT
The memory of the machine is out of service and it is not pos-
sible to load the settings saved before the last switching OFF.
The machine will start to work with the default settings.
Disconnect the machine from electrical supply. Plug the
unit again and turn it on. In case the message remains on
even after these operations have been carried out, Service
call is required.

ERROR
The memory of the machine is out service and it is not possi-
ble to save the settings.
If the alarm remains on even after some time a Service Call
is required.

INSUFFICIENT
VOLTAGE
The voltage is not enough to start the compressor. If the ma-
chine is equipped with two compressors the second one is im-
mediately stopped.
Check the connection to the power supply. If the alarm re-
mains on even after some time a Service Call is required.

SERVICE.SET TIME
The clock is out of service and the time is not correct. If the alarm remains on even after some time a Service Call
is required.

OVERPRESSURE
COMPRESSOR 1
Insufficient ventilation of the unit. The compressor(s) is imme-
diately stopped.
In this case check that all around the dispenser there is suf-
ficient space for ventilation, at least 15 cm (6") on each side
and that condenser filter is free from dust or other obstruc-
tions.
In case the message remains on even after these opera-
tions have been carried out, Service call is required.

BOWL1: TOP COVER
OPENED
The Top Cover of bowl 1/2/3 is open or not correctly closed.
The corresponding mixers and refrigeration circuit are turned
OFF. The bowl can't run.
Verify that the Top Cover is properly installed and that the
electric contacts are clean.

OUT OF SERVICE
The Temperature Sensor of bowl 1/2/3 is out if service. The
corresponding refrigeration circuit is turned OFF.
If the alarm remains on even after some time a Service Call
is required.

The Fix Magnetic Field Sensor of bowl 1/2/3 is out if service.
The corresponding refrigeration circuit is turned OFF.
If the alarm remains on even after some time a Service Call
is required.

OUT OF SERVICE
The Rotating Magnetic Field Sensor of bowl 1/2/3 is out if ser-
vice. The corresponding refrigeration circuit is turned OFF.
If the alarm remains on even after some time a Service Call
is required.

MIXERS
The mixers of bowl 1/2/3 is locked due to excessive viscosity:
see Mixers self-protection and Maximum viscosity self-set-
ting. The corresponding refrigeration circuit is turned OFF.
The mixers ON / OFF cycle is started.
Check the correct Brix level of the product and reduce the
set viscosity.

The mixers gear motor of bowl 1/2/3 are out of service. If the alarm remains on even after some time a Service Call
is required.

Check that the blackout was not long enough to compromi-
se the quality of the food product contained in the bowls
due to excessive temperature. In this case substitute the
food product with new one.

MACHINE CLEANING
The Machine Cleaning Period expired and it is necessary to
perform the cleaning of the machine.
Perform the Machine Cleaning procedure as described in
this manual and delete the corresponding cleaning alarm
from the Machine Setting Menu or pressing keys (L) and
(F) together for one second.

PERFORM
CONDENSER CLEAN.
The Condenser Cleaning Period expired and it is necessary
to perform the cleaning of the condenser filter.
Perform the Condenser Cleaning procedure as described
in this manual and delete the corresponding cleaning alarm
from the Machine Setting Menu or pressing keys (L) and
(F) together for one second.
