Summary

System Setup Guide

Locate Jobsite Water Supply

Find and inspect the on-site water supply for TDS prior to working. Set up system in an upright position.

Connect Water Supply

Connect garden hose to inlet connection via On/Off Valve. Ensure valves are open when filling.

Turn On Feed Water Supply

Turn on water, check TDS meter for quality, and adjust flow at the wash pole brush head.

Replacing DI Resin Procedure

Shut Off and Release System

Turn off water supply, disconnect hoses, and release the system head assembly.

Replace Resin Bag

Remove exhausted resin, insert new resin bag seating it properly, and inspect head assembly.

Re-install and Test

Re-install the DI system head assembly, reconnect tubing, open output valves, and test TDS.
