MANUFACTURER’S OPTIONAL 3 YEAR EXTENDED
WARRANTY
1. Replacement of the cooling unit only on this refrigerator in the event of its failure
for a period of 3 years after the expiration of the 1 year warranty of the
“Refrigerator limited Warranty” is available through Miller Refrigeration (the
manufacturer), at a one time charge of $80 CDN ($70 USD). Unique Gas
Products Ltd. (the distributor), will handle the payment & registration.
2. Miller Refrigeration entitles the first purchaser who acquires this appliance for his
or her own use (the “Original Purchaser”) to have the cooling unit replaced,
should it fail during the 3 year period following the expiration of the Unique
Refrigerator Limited Warranty. Refer to 1 year warranty terms and conditions.
3. To obtain replacement of the cooling unit under the warranty, the Original
Purchaser should contact their dealer or service center to arrange a replacement
covered by the extended limited warranty agreement. Any cooling unit, which is
replaced, will not be returned to the Original Purchaser.
4. Coverage under the Miller Refrigeration Plan is not transferable or refundable
5. To purchase coverage under the Miller Refrigeration Plan mail the enclosed
Warranty Registration Form with a check for the price of coverage as stated in
Paragraph 1 of this policy, within 30 days of the date of purchase of the
refrigerator to the distributor:
