To troubleshoot your TV Link
• Be sure your TV Link S is off.
• Simultaneously press and hold the “volume softer” [--] button and the on/off button for two seconds until the
light blinks blue/green or orange/blue.
• When the light blinks blue/green or orange/blue, your TV Link S will begin transmitting pre-loaded music.
• If you hear the music, your TV Link S, uDirect 3 and hearing aids are working normally.
• If you do not hear the music, your audiologist can use your specific experience to determine where the
problem is.
Re-pairing uDirect 3 with TV Link S
• On the TV Link S, press and hold the on button until the green light begins to rapidly blink blue. Release the
button.
• Turn on the uDirect 3 and place it 3 feet from the TV Link S.
• On the uDirect 3, press and hold both the “+” button and the “<>” button at the same time until the blue light
flashes rapidly. Release the buttons.
• After several seconds (may take up to 2 minutes), the blinking blue lights on both devices will turn solid blue.
The blue light on the uDirect 3 will start to blink slowly.
• That’s it! You’re ready to go!
