silk
or
filmy
material,
the
pressure
cap
should
be
about
halfway
down,
Release
all
the
way
by
pressing
the
snap
lock,

to
halfway
spot.

order
to
move
the
fabric
freely
in
any
direction
for
darning,
mending
and
certain
kinds
