Non-fault conditions:
The door cannot be
opened.
The program is being executed.
There are clothes between the door and
the door seals.
There may be a rubber odor because some
components are made of rubber.
There is insufficient water
in the washing and rinsing
process.
The washing machine only needs a limited amount
of water when in operation.
Is the faucet running? Is the water inlet pipe
frozen? Are the filters blocked?
Only half of the water
supply arrives.
If the water level is low, the washing machine will
automatically supply water.
Water comes out when the
washing machine is in
operation.
Check if you added too much detergent.
The remaining time
changes.
If the clothes are off-center during spinning, the
spin time will be increased to correct the deviation.
An abnormal noise is heard
during spinning.
Check if the power cord touches the
frame.
Have the transport bolts been
disassembled?
Are there hairpins or coins in the drum?
The washing machine
cannot operate after a
power failure.
The washing machine will stop working after a
power failure. When the power is restored, it will
still not be able to operate. Press the on/off button
and restart the program.
