Unno designed and developed your bike in the highest quality standards to minimse factory issues
and defects.
Therefore, in addition to the mandatory warranty, Unno offers an extended lifetime warranty, which
is free of charge, on all frames from model year 2022. The Unno lifetime warranty will only cover
the original owner. The original invoice of the bike will be required. In case Unno needs to inspect
the frame, you will need to cover all shipping, disassembly and assembly expenses.
Unno keeps the right to repair or replace the deffective product. In case a replacement needs to
be supplied, Unno will send a new product with the same specs and characteristics. Please notice
the colour and the model may vary.
Please notice this excludes bearings, shocks and the rest of the components. In case there’s a
factory defect on any of the components, the responsible to cover the warranty issue is the manu-
facturer of each component. Please get in touch with us if you need any help.
