replace the anti-reflux valve
when not in use.
IMPORTANT: To avoid
drainage problems,
before using this
product, read all
instructions and
information carefully.
Understand how it
works and how to
maintain it properly.
CAUTION: If red anti-reflux valve is missing or
removed, leaks around the top valve housing
may occur. The use of Gasket-Ring (No. 6000)
will be necessary to seal the housing threads
and prevent leaking.

To remove adaptor (No. 6003) from the top valve
housing on the bottle cap, turn counter-clockwise.
Insert the tip of the adaptor through the valve housing
into the mouth of the red anti-reflux valve (No. 6001)
and remove—be careful not to push the anti-reflux
valve into the bottle.
Check the valve for any visible signs of damage,
distortion or stuck lips. Gently pull at the top edges of
the valve until it opens; when released, the valve lips
should close flat. To insure proper function, make
certain that all parts are reassembled correctly before
reuse—see Figure 2.
