Urtopia offers a 2-year warranty for its bikes against all manufacturing defects, starting from the date the initial owner
ordinary wear & tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories and defects or
damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, improper storage or neglect. Urtopia will replace any
component that is deemed to be defective or damaged under this warranty.
Claims under this warranty must be made directly to the place at which you purchased your Urtopia and proof of purchase
is required. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest you contact us at care@newurtopia.com and upload photos
or videos of the damaged product first. Urtopia after-sales service will help you and there may be a simple fix for the problem.
