If, despite these steps, the problem is not resolved:
Appliance under warranty
- Request support for your device through the above website.
Or
- Call the service using the phone number specified on your
sales receipt/invoice.
The warranty is set at 2 years* minimum after the purchase of
the new appliance, and covers the costs of shipments home,
on-site work and spare parts.
* Excluding the peace of mind warranty or extended warranty.
