4. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper handling,
especially by forcible opening the device, or by other external influences.
5. Warranty claims are only valid if the user indicates the defect immediately
in writing within 2 weeks after such a defect is discovered. Once the
defect is discovered, the user should no longer use the Lady-Comp, but
return it to the authorized distributor with a copy of the original purchase
invoice via insured delivery.
