9. The device is equipped with an in-built SIM card. This very warranty
does not include the SIM card.
10. The device uses the applications and services of third parties. This
very warranty does not include the functionality of those appli-
cations and services, especially services provided by Microsoft,
Google Inc., Baidu, Sygic a.s., HERE, Wikimedia, Wikimedia Foun-
dation Inc., OpenWeatherMap, Facebook Ireland Limited, Splunk
Inc., VideoLAN.
The deliverer of the built-in SIM card has agreements with the majority
of GSM operators in the world. The device requires an Internet connec-
tion via WiFi or GSM. The manufacturer does not guarantee the func-
tioning of the device in every location, nor free WiFi access.
Vasco Electronics does not take responsibility for the functioning of
SIM cards other than the in-built SIM card, or for any additional costs
counted by operators dierent from that of the in-built SIM card
operator.
Despite the fact that the device uses cutting-edge advancements in
the technology of text translation and speech recognition, these func-
tions should be treated as helpful information, not a precise translation.
