 Open highest hot water faucet.
 Open cold water inlet valve and fill system.
G. WIRING
 TANK MUST BE FULL OF WATER BEFORE POWER IS
ON.
 Separate fused branch circuit (refer to local codes).
 Mark the electrical shut off for future reference.
 Wiring diagram (See WIRING DIAGRAM 1)
 Aluminum conductors.
 Check to see that voltage on rating plate and supply agree.
 CAUTION: Unit must be properly grounded.
