The front s e at belts are e quip ped w ith belt
tensioners. In the event of a head-on or
rea r-end collision of a certain severity, the
buckles are pulled downwards, thereby
tightening the belts.
Actuation of belt tensioners
is indicated by illumina tion of control
indica tor v – see next page.
The belt tensioners must be replaced after
activation. We recommend that you
cons u lt y ou r Va ux ha ll Au t h oris ed Re pairer.
If the seat belts are undama ged the
operation thereof is unaffected, even if the
belt tensioners hav e b een trigg ered .
