• Check the contents panel on the box to make sure the part is included
with your vacuum cleaner.
• The machine, oor head and reach wand may not be correctly tted. Go to ‘Getting
Started’.
• The battery may not be charged. Go to ‘Getting Started’.
• Battery might be too hot, allow the vacuum to cool for 1 hour.
• The vacuum cleaner has an overheat protection which will cut the machine out. If
this has happened, switch o the vacuum cleaner. Remove and empty the dust bin
and check for blockages. Clean the lter and allow the vacuum cleaner to cool for
approximately 1 hour (if you have washed the sponge lter you will need to wait 24
hours for the lter to fully dry before putting them back into the vacuum cleaner).
• The dust bin may not be correctly tted, remove the dust bin from the vacuum cleaner
and check it is assembled correctly, ret ensuring it’s locked into place.
• The cyclone separator is not correctly tted. Go to ‘Taking care of your machine’.
• The lter may be clogged, clean the lter. Go to ‘Taking care of your machine’.
• The dust bin may be blocked, empty the dirt container. Go to ‘Taking care of
your machine’.
• There may be a blockage in the reach wand. Disconnect from the vacuum cleaner
and carefully remove any blockages. Go to ‘Taking care of your machine’.
• Check the battery charger is plugged in. Go to ‘Getting started’.
