Turn seat base upside down and remove screws and washers.
Insert lever handles and attach seat mechanism to base.
Place five-star foot base upside down and insert caster wheels.
Install gas lift to seat mechanism, then attach base assembly.
Turn the bracket to its upright position for attachment.
