A Room Camera is optional. The room camera can be added by
using your laptop’s built in camera, or by purchasing an External
USB Camera & Tripod from Vesticam.

Vesticam2 Binocular requires a PC/laptop/Mac.
Hardware Requirements for Using Binocular IR Video Goggles:
• Two camera units (with fixation light)
• Additional Dual Micro-B Extension 2.0m Lead
• Adapters connection to PC/Laptop/Mac
The Binocular package can be purchased outright as a monocular unit plus additional camera and dual cables, or by
upgrading an existing Vesticam Monocular solution.

Binocular Software Recommendations:
Vesticam recommend OBS Studio software for binocular recording with and without a room camera.
OBS is freeware provided under a General Public Licence. More information about freeware General Public

Vesticam provides the necessary support and guidance for configuring their software so that it is relevant for
monocular and binocular vestibular testing. The OBS source code is unchanged. OBS is provided at no cost, and is
freely available. Customers may be invoiced for assistance provided in the physical act of transferring a copy of OBS
with suggested modifications.
The Vesticam Support Team can assist by email, phone or screensharing to ensure the setup is complete and the
equipment works to its specifications. Please check with your organization’s IT department that OBS meets its
security requirements.
