III.Non-warrantyregulations
1.Authorizedmaintenance,misuse, collision,negligence,abuse,intake,accident.
Improperuseofnon-productaccessories,ortearupthemodifiedlabel,
anti-counterfeitmark.
2.Thewarrantyperiodhasexpired;
3.Damage,causedbyforce majeure;
4.Failures,whichdonotcorrespondto the《Listoffaults》ofEcoRiderservice
center;
5.Afailureofthedeviceor itscomponentsfromthe《Faultlist》,whicharosein
connectionwiththehumanfactor,andwhichinterferewith normal operation.
6.Failures,thathaveariseninconnectionwiththe human factors(including,but
notlimitedto,excessivewettingdevice,puncture,drop,scratchanddamagean
outercasing, whichhave arisenas a resultofnormaluseofgoods)
7.Ifthisproductisused forcommercialpurposes,allwarranty conditionsare not
maintained.
