If the status LED does not light up when you press the button,
check the following:

The charger is off. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn
on the charger.
The charger’s internal battery is too low to display the status. Connect
the charger to an electrical outlet, wait several minutes and try again.
LED when you are mobile
Green
Internal battery has enough capacity to fully charge two hearing aids.
Orange
Internal battery does not have enough capacity to fully charge two
hearing aids.
