Blinking red
An error in the hearing aid has occurred.
●
Take the respective hearing aid out of the charger and disconnect
the charger from the power supply.
●
Contact your customer service for support.
LED is off
No hearing aid is in the charger, hearing aid is not placed correctly, or
charger is off.
Pulsing orange
Cooling phase. Charging is resumed when the device has cooled
down.
