Reading over 9.6V ( for 24V system, reading over 16V ) means
cranking is good.
Reading below 9.6V ( for 24V system, reading below 16V ) means
cranking is abnormal. Please check associated parts , such as
connections, wires, starter and battery's terminal corrupted or not.

5-3. Charging Test
This test determines charging system by testing it's condition under
loaded and unloaded status.
5-3-1. First make sure the engine and all devices are off .
5-3-2. Press <▲> <▼> to select “3. CHARGE SYSTEM”.
