Can not charging
Cannot find the

Bluetooth device
Recharge the speaker
Change another USB cable to charge it, after
change the USB cable have same problem,
you can connect our service team to solve it
Ensure the Bluetooth function is activated on
your Bluetooth device
If the speaker is pairing with other device,
please try to long press the button do
disconnect the current pairing
Make sure that your Bluetooth device is
within the effective operational range
