USING THE RUN LIMITER 240811
This mechanism enables the same bends to be reproduced on the electric motor hydraulic benders with cylinder No.2
(240802).
Assembly
Position and attach the collar
along the plug .
Attach the end of run switch
to the collar .
Insert the command rod
into the collar .
Attach the command rod
to the cylinder piston.
Mount the setting stop
on the command rod .
Remove the cover from the terminal unit
.
Screw the stuffing box
.
Cable using
(do not use the blue wire).
Operation
When the setting stop
activates the end of run switch , the piston movement is stopped by the motor stopping. At
this point you must set the switch to off and loosen the return knob
on the other side of the cylinder to enable the
piston
to come back in.
WARNING: a prolonged stoppage of the setting stop
on the end of run switch may damage the motor.
