Download Software Update from VITA Website

Navigate to Download Center

Access VITA website, navigate to Documents & Media, then Download center.

Select Software and Updates

Choose 'Product Information' and then 'Software Updates' to find the download.

Establish User and Program Backup

Prepare Furnace and USB for Backup

Switch on the furnace and plug in an empty USB-stick.

Initiate User Data Export

Access edit menu, select user, and press export button.

Install Software Update

Prepare for Software Installation

Plug the USB-stick with the software update into the vPad.

Execute Furnace Software Update

Press the Update button and confirm the installation process.

Check and Correct Furnace Data

Verify Software Revision and Settings

Check the furnace revision number and other settings for correctness.

Re-enter Device Serial Numbers

Manually re-enter the serial numbers for the furnace and vPad.

Re-install Users and Programs

Connect Saved Data via USB

Plug in the USB-stick with saved users and programs into the vPad.

Import User Data to Furnace

Select the user to be imported and press the import button.

Register for VITA Update-Messenger

Access VITA Registration Portal

Go to the VITA website and select 'My VITA' to request login.

Complete Registration Information

Accept data protection, enter personal and company details.
