Due to the special design of the hinge, the floor
brush (1) has a large rotation angle, so it can clean cor-
ners as well as low space under furniture (pic. 5).
USING THE STEAM MOP
Attention! Avoid dropping of the steam mop on the floor.
Hitting the floor can damage the inner parts of the appli-
ance and crack the mop handle.
Be sure to completely unwind the power cord before using
the unit.
Rotate the upper power cord winding hook (9) 180° for the
power cord to come off easily.
Filling the water tank with water
•
Pull the water tank clamp key (13) upwards and extract
the water tank (14) from the body (2).
•
Open the water tank lid (15) turning it counterclockwise.
•
Use the cup (20) to pour clean water into the water tank
(14) (fig. 6).
•
After filling the water tank with water close the lid (15)
turning it clockwise.
•
Install the water tank back to its place until it locks.
•
If during the operation the water tank becomes empty,
switch the unit off by pressing the on/off button (3),
disconnect the power cord (16) plug from the mains
socket and fill the water tank (14) with clean water as
described above.
Washing and disinfecting the floor
•
Attach the microfiber cloth (19) to the floor brush (1)
(pic. 4). Press the brush to the cloth so that the stickers
on the cloth attach properly to the bars on the brush.
•
Plug the power cord (16) into an electric socket and
press the power switch (3); the power indicator will turn
red. Wait for about 25 seconds until the power indicator
turns blue, and the water moistens the pad. The mop is
now ready for use.
•
Fixate the power cord (16) using the locking plug (10),
and lay it through the upper hook (9) so that it does not
hinder unit operation.
Cleaning the carpets
•
Install the carpet glider (18) on top of the floor brush (1)
with the pad (19) inserted. To do this, position the floor
brush on the glider and press it until it locks (fig. 4).
•
The frame (18) provides the easy gliding of the brush
(1) along the carpets without the cloth (19) slipping up.
•
Plug the power cord (16) into an electric socket and
press the power switch (3); the power indicator will turn
red. Wait for about 25 seconds until the power indicator
turns blue, and the water moistens the pad. The mop is
now ready for use.
After cleaning switch the mop off by pressing the
power switch (3) and unplug the power cord plug (16)
from the electric socket. Wait until the steam mop
cools down before disassembling and cleaning it.
Water level
The water level is always visible thanks to the transparent
water tank (14).
When the water is used up, steam will no longer be gener-
ated.
To resume operation, refill the water tank with water as de-
scribed above.
WARNING: this operation should always be performed af-
ter disconnecting the unit from the mains.
RECOMMENDATIONS ON USING
•
Before cleaning the floor, it is recommended to sweep
or vacuum it to remove dust and dirt particles.
•
When washing the floor, move the unit in an even back
and forth motion, pushing it away from you and pull-
ing it back. Move backwards to avoid stepping on the
already washed floor.
•
The microfiber cloth (19) collects water when wash-
ing the floor. However, depending on the character-
istics of the floor surface and the set steam intensity,
some moisture may remain on the floor. In this case,
it is recommended to let the floor dry naturally. Drying
can be accelerated by using a fan directed to the
desired area.
•
After you finish cleaning, remove the cloth (19) from the
floor brush (1). Then the floor under the mop will not get
soaked from a damp cloth.
•
• You can clean the carpets with the floor brush (1) with
installed frame (18). To freshen the carpet, try to do
the following: mix one part of water with one part of a
carpet shampoo. Spray the solution on the carpet and
leave it for 2 hours. After that clean the carpet with the
steam mop. The carpet will be wet after this procedure,
so you’ll have to dry it.
•
It is recommended to fully change the water in the tank
(14) from time to time to avoid stagnation of water and
the appearance of an extraneous smell.
•
The water hardness level is different for every region.
Water can contain hardness salts and other dissolved
minerals. Water evaporates in the boiler and the resi-
due remains.
•
If water is soft and does not contain a lot of salts, the
scale flakes will from time to time fall off the boiler
walls and go out with the steam. If the water contains
a lot of salts, including the hardness salts, then min-
eral deposits will accumulate in the boiler in a signifi-
cant amount. It will hinder steam generation and may
cause damage. Scale flakes can clog valves and con-
nections. Therefore, it is recommended to use demin-
eralized or distilled water to reduce limescale and salt
deposits.
•
Regular jug filters do not remove minerals and salts
from water. Special demineralizing filters are used for
this purpose.
•
If you want to use bottled drinking water, find out its
total mineralization (usually indicated on the label) and
