4. Operating instructions
4.11 Defrost function
Use the defrost function to defrost food. The defrost time and power level are
automatically set, once the weight of the to be defrosted food has been set. The
weight can be set from 100g to 1800g.
1. Connect the plug (3) with a suitable mains socket.
2. Open the door (12) and place the cookware with the prepared food in the
middle of the rotating plate (9). Please pay attention to the table in paragraph
4.3 Cookware.
3. Close the door (12).
4. Turn the control knob
(31) anti-clockwise once and then clockwise, to
set the weight of the food. The symbol weight
(20) is shown while setting
the weight. The weight can be set in 100g steps.
5. Press the button
(29), to start the defrosting process. The symbol
operation
(15) and symbol defrost function (26) are displayed during the
defrosting process.
Note: After half of the defrost time, the defrosting process is halted and
a signal tone sounds. Open the door (21) and rotate / turn the food. To
continue the defrosting process, press the button
(29).
6. After the defrost time has passed, a signal tone sounds and the display (27)
shows the current time.
7. Open the door (12) and remove the cookware.
WARNING - Danger of burns! The cookware is hot. Always use oven
mittens to remove cookware or accessories.
8. Close the door (12).
Note: You can interrupt the defrosting process at any time by pressing
the button STOP/CANCEL (33) once. To continue the defrosting process,
press the button
(29).

4.12 Automatic programmes
Use the automatic programmes for the following food / mode.

Note: The time and power level are automatically set, once the weight of
the food has been set.
1. Connect the plug (3) with a suitable mains socket.
2. Open the door (12) and place the cookware with the prepared food in the
middle of the rotating plate (9). Please pay attention to the table in paragraph
4.3 Cookware.
3. Close the door (12).
4. Press the button AUTO PROGRAMME (32), to set the required program number.
The symbol automatic cooking function
(13) is shown while setting the
program.
5. Turn the control knob
(31) anti-clockwise once and then clockwise, to
set the weight of the food. The symbol weight
(20) is shown while setting
the weight. The weight can be set in 100g steps.
6. Press the button
(29), to start the cooking process. The symbol automatic
cooking function
(13) is displayed during use.
Note: For some programs, after half of the cooking time, the cooking process
is halted and a signal tone sounds. Open the door (12) and rotate / turn
the food. To continue the cooking process, press the button
(29).
7. After the cooking time has passed, a signal tone sounds and the display (27)
shows the current time.
