VBR1101 Firmware Update Instructions
After downloading the firmware:
1. Format a 1GB USB thumb drive as FAT32.
2. Create a folder on the Thumb Drive and name it UPG.
3. Copy the VZBBU026.DS0 file to the UPG folder on the thumb drive.
4. Power on the player. Be sure there is no disc in the player.
5. Insert the thumb drive in the USB port on the rear apron of the player.
6. The Home Menu OSD should be displayed. If the Media OSD appears, press SETUP on the remote.
7. Select System…Upgrade Firmware…USB Storage. Press SELECT.
8. Follow the on-screen prompts.
To check the firmware version, select Info from the top of the Home Menu.
It should read “Software Version: VZBBU026”.
