Intended Use
- Measuring and displaying the electric parameters of spools (L), capacitors (C) and resistors (R)
- Measuring of inductance up to 20 H
- Capacity measuring up to 110 µF
- Measuring resistance values of up to 110 MOhm.
- Continuity check (< 30 ohms acoustic) and diode test.
The measuring functions and ranges are selected via the rotary switch. The automatic measuring ran-
ge selection is active in the resistance and capacity measuring range.
Modules may only be connected to the measuring device when the power is off and the device was
discharged. No voltage may be applied to the measuring device. The potential difference between the
measuring instrument connection points and ground must never exceed 36 V DC/AC.
The measuring instrument must not be operated when it is open, i.e. with an open battery compart-
ment or when the battery compartment cover is missing. Measurements must not be carried out under
unfavourable ambient conditions.
Unfavourable ambient conditions are:
- Dust and flammable gases, vapours or solvent,
- Thunderstorms or similar conditions such as strong electrostatic fields etc.
For safety reasons, when measuring only use measuring cables or accessories which are adjusted to
the specifications of the multimeter.
Any use other than the one described above damages the product. Moreover, this involves dangers
such as e.g. short circuit, fire, electric shock, etc. No part of the product must be modified or rebuilt!
Read the operating instructions carefully and retain them for later reference.
Observe the safety instructions under all circumstances!
