Troubleshooting
Cannot Power On
1. Make sure you use our original USB-C charging cable and 5V/2A power
adapter to charge the speaker. Please DO NOT use PD charger.
2. If you use right cable and power adapter but still can't power on, please
contact our support team with your region, order number and product model.

Cannot connect with the device
•Please check the following:
•The Bluetooth device supports A2DP profile
•The Speaker is within 10m from the device.
•The Speaker is in pairing mode, the LED indicator blinking blue.
