Warning No. Warning Cause Rectifi cation
E02 Dosage air too low. Set set point cannot be
reached.
Causes:
● Hose kinked / blocked.
● Input air pressure too low.
● Injector is not connected.
● System cannot reach target
setting.
● Check hoses and hose
laying.
● Ensure that input pressure is
greater than 6 bar.
● Connect injector.
● Select smaller set point
value.
Example: feed air for
ED pump max. 3.5 Nm³/h.
E03 Feed air too low. Set set point cannot be
reached.
Causes:
● Hose kinked / blocked.
● Input air pressure too low.
● Injector is not connected.
● System cannot reach target
setting.
● Check hoses and hose
laying.
● Ensure that input pressure is
greater than 6 bar.
● Connect injector.
● Select smaller set point
value.
Example: feed air for

E04 Fallen below Tribo
current limit for 10 s.
The Tribo current set in the
confi guration cannot be
reached.
Causes:
● Tribo air set too low.
● Powder not fl owing due to
incorrect settings for feed air
and total air.
● No powder in container.
● The powder does not have
the required charging
characteristics.
● Increase Tribo air.
● Correct feed air and total air
settings.
● Fill powder container.
● Use suitable powder.
