1. Each installation site must be evaluated and the proper securing method determined by the
installer. Some soils require staking or securing different from that which was provided with the
tent.
2. Good judgment and common sense must be used along with installation guidelines. It is the
responsibility of the tent installer/maintainer to anticipate the severity of the weather along with
the proper time and method of setup and take down. Evacuation of the tent is recommended
before weather becomes extreme. A successful event is a safe event.
3. Proper safety equipment, such as hard hats, steel toe shoes, and safety glasses, should be used
to ensure a safe setup and take down.

Summary

Frame Assembly

Step 3: Assemble Frame Components

Assemble Corner 90°, Eve Tubes, and Mid Joints to form the eve frame structure.

Step 4: Install First Cross Cable

Attach the first cross cable diagonally from corner to corner, hooking onto the corner pin.

Step 5: Install Second Cross Cable

Install the second cross cable, adjusting corners to shorten distance and tighten cables.

Tent Top Installation

Step 7: Protect Tent Top

Unfold the drop sheet over cross cables to protect the tent top from damage and dirt.

Step 8: Place and Unfold Tent Top

Position tent top midway, unfold fabric, ensure center socket is aligned, and pull to corners.

Step 8A/8B: Attach Webbing to Corner Loop

Attach tent top webbings to frame corner loops by pulling the handle or using a stake.

Erecting the Tent

Step 9: Install Posts

Lift corners and slide posts over corner sleeves, securing with lock-pins and inserting s-hooks.

Step 10: Centrepole Installation

Push drop sheet down, insert centrepole through tent top socket, and install flag.

Step 11: Secure Centrepole

Place centrepole lower end on top cable, slide to intersection, wedge, and secure with lock-pin.

Step 12: Final Post and Stake Installation

Install remaining posts, vertically position them, and drive stakes through post bases.

Securing Tension Straps and Guy Ropes

Tensioning Tent Top

Tighten each tension strap to ensure proper tent top tension and tie off slack rope tails.

Guy Ropes for Inclement Weather

Attach guy ropes to corner loops as required for added stability in inclement weather.

Wall Installation

Clip Walls to Cable

Clip wall panels to the cable for slide wall installation.

Secure Wall Straps

Secure side wall straps to posts and top wall straps to the eve tube.

Fasten Velcro for Wind Proof Seam

Fasten velcro strips on wall edges for a wind-proof seam when multiple walls are installed.

Joiner Installation

Prepare and Attach Joiner

Unfold joiner, attach velcro straps to eve tube, and clip to cable: slide wall.

Insert and Secure Lapels

Insert lapels between posts, spread them under the valance, and secure straps to rings.

Final Joiner Checks

Straighten downspout, fasten joiner and wall velcro, and ensure joiner follows catenary curve.

Care and Maintenance

Care for Vinyl Tops

Clean vinyl tops with mild detergent, rinse, and dry thoroughly; store clean and dry.

Maintaining Your Tent

Tighten tops and walls, clean periodically, and repair any damage to fabric or frame parts.
