It is imperative that you attach a proof of purchase* to your
claim! (A proof of purchase like a sales receipt is a mandatory pre-
requisite for all warranty claims. Without proof of purchase, it is un-
fortunately not possible for us to acknowledge/process a complaint).
Please attach relevant photos* of the damage to your comp-
laint! (Photos of defective item.) These allow us to better evaluate
the facts. In addition, the complaint can be processed faster and
unnecessary costs and waiting times are avoided for all involved.
