Troubleshooting
Residue
• Grounds in your coee: Clean the needles with a paperclip or tooth brush to remove excess grounds.
Brewing
• Brewer will not brew: If your machine will not brew, first check to make sure there’s sucient water in
the tank. Then ensure there are no clogs in the needle and that the pod itself is not damaged. If there is a
clog, refer to the maintenance section.
• Brewer will only produce a partial cup: Follow the steps below if your machine is only brewing a partial
cup. More information is available in the maintenance section.
• Brewer shuts o: The brewer will automatically shut o after a period of idling following the last brew
cycle. This is normal and designed to preserve energy.
• Brewed water is not hot enough: Add warmer water into the tank. Water temperature can depend on the
temperature of the water inside the tank.
