The warranty period for the electronic components of the
Cardea Video Doorbell is 24 months. In order to apply for a
warranty claim, you must keep the proof of purchase and
the original packaging. These must be shown in case of a
warranty claim. Repairs and replacement of the Cardea
Video Doorbell can only take place after presentation of the
proof of purchase. All articles must be returned in the
condition they were received.
