Mark the center of the drain at the wall for accurate positioning during installation.
Use the wedi template to mark the cut-out for the drain body recess in the subfloor.
Use a jigsaw to cut out the marked recess for the drain body in the subfloor.
Recess drain body, connect to ABS pipe with cement, and fasten pipe to subfloor.
Install the wedi sealing gasket to the underside of the wedi base using the included screws.
Install wedi base into thinset setting bed, ensuring gasket drops into the drain body.
Ensure no thinset obstructs the drain opening and the gasket is fully seated.
