8. Lubricating oil consumption is too high

from serious wear and tear, which makes
machine oil enter combustion chamber.
Replace piston ring, piston or cylinder
liner.

Valve rod and guide suffer from serious
wear and tear, which makes machine oil
enter combustion chamber.
Replace valve rod and guide.

There is too much machine oil in oil pan,
which makes machine oil enter
combustion chamber.
Discharge surplus machine oil.
9. The Gen-set can not be stopped

Eliminate any open circuit/poor contact,
inspect whether the contact suffers from
oxidation, and clean it if necessary.
2 Fault of wiring of key switch Inspect wiring of key switch
3 Fault of flameout controller Repair flameout controller.
4 Blocking of oil return pipe
Inspect whether oil return pipe is blocked,
warped or sunken, and replace it if
necessary.
