6. The service utility writes a log file detailing the update. By default, the log file is saved
to the same directory the program was installed to. The file name is the word
“update_” and the monitor serial number.
• To view the file without printing, click Print, right-click on the file, and select
Open.
• To print the file, click Print, select the file, click Open, select a printer, and click
Print.
