9.2 Troubleshooting
The following table contains a list of troublesome scenarios accompanied by suggestions
for problem solving.
Trouble
Response to Trouble
Cycle starts but cuff will not fully inflate
Ensure a connection with the ABPM 6100
monitor is secure and check bladder for
leak; replace if needed. Replace batteries
and try again.
Blood Pressure readings are not displayed
during Regular Runs.
Verify that the display setting is ON in the
Basic Parameters menu.
Patient activation button does not initiate
readings while in the Regular Run mode.
Verify that Start Button is ON in the Basic
Parameters menu.
Time Regular Runs do not initiate
Make sure that the time period is not set for
MAN (manual) operation.
Blood Pressure readings are failing with
error codes being displayed
Refer to the Error Codes section
CardioPerfect Workstation Software manual.
* Always return ABPM 6100 monitor to an authorized service center for repairs.
Unauthorized service will void all warranties.
